🔧 Service Fees

  • No Refunds on Services: All roadside assistance and collision-related services are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

  • Cancellations: If a service is canceled before a technician is dispatched, a full refund may be issued. If the technician is already en route, a dispatch or service fee may apply.

🔋 Battery Purchases

  • No Refunds: All battery sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Exchange Only: Batteries may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Eligibility for Exchange:

    • The battery must be determined to be defective.

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

    • The battery must not show signs of misuse, improper installation, or physical damage.

  • Replacement: If eligible, the defective battery will be replaced with the same or equivalent model at no additional cost.

🚗 Parts and Materials (Non-Battery)

  • Unused Parts: Non-battery parts that are unused and in their original condition may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days, subject to approval.

  • Special Orders: Special-order parts are non-refundable.

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued using the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Third-Party Services

All products, including automotive batteries, are subject only to the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Except as expressly stated, the Company makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Battery Sales – No Refund Policy

All battery purchases are final and non-refundable. Batteries may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date with proof of purchase and verification of defect. This policy is disclosed in compliance with New York General Business Law § 218-a.
